1. Are the product photos real?
Yes. Each of prodocts have real photos, you will get what you see. But maybe there are some color shading because of the monitors.
2. How can i choose the size?
Our goods sales all over the world, each of country maybe have different standard’s size. In the very begining, We give the detailed size information. Before you choose, please measure the size of your children’s similier clothes firstly, then compare with our size information to choose a suitablt size.
3. When will you ship my order?
Generally most of our products are in stock, your order will be shipped out within 1-5 working days after your payment. But in case of any hot sale products are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to ask an extension or change other items or any of your suggestion.
4. How long can i receive my order?
Most of our products are free shipping by AliExpress Standard Shipping and China Post Registered Air Mail, which usually takes about 7-30days, or even longer, like 50-60days. Please be patient if you do not get the goods quickly after delivery.
Or you can choose EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT or other express services, but you need to pay additional fees.
We hope your items arrived on time. But it is an internation delivery, shipping time is highly depend on courier companies and local customs duties, and it is totally out of our control.If any questions, please contact with me.
5. How about Returns?
1) If the item you received is unacceptably like defective, broken, or missing, Pls notify us within 3 days of delivery.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
